“Ordered a arrangement online and checked off no substitutions. They did many and the arrangement was the amount of flowers you get in a 7 dollar arrangement at\nthe grocery store but paid 70.00!!! My 75 year parents took back and asked for some accommodation and the woman at Java refused. DON'T BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM ESPECIALLY ON LINE RIP OFF” -
