  “I'm writing concerning a recent customer service experience at Baldwin Park Flowers and Gifts, 14358 Ramona Blvd, Baldwin Park, CA 91706. I understand this is one of the merchants that you advertise on your website. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday last week. The card was to have read: I hope your birthday is as wonderful as you are Instead, it read, I hope your birthday is as wonderful as HELL My girlfriend was completely offended. When I called to complain, I was told that I could not speak to the owner as she only spoke Spanish AND would be away for 2 weeks. I spoke with Carole (she would not give me her last name), who said that she was the only one who could help me. Carole's attitude about my problem was things happen which I did not appreciate. I did not want to order any more flowers so I asked Carole to deliver a note of apology or call....she refused and, ultimately, Carole hung up the phone on me not once. When I called back to let her know I was filing a complaint she said It's OK, people are still going to come here then she hung up on me again.
  
  I hope you think twice about doing business with this type of florist. If my experience is any indication of their customer service, you will not be treated well.”
