  Poor Customer Service & lack of Delivery

  “I don't order a lot of Flowers, but when I do I expect the company supplying the service to actually do what they say. I ordered a basket & balloon combo for a co-worker and was GUARANTEED a 1pm delivery. When the order did not arrive by 2pm. I called to follow up. The attendant said they had no information but they would email shortly with some more details. i agreed to wait. when nothing arrived by 5pm, I called Justflowers.com again only to be told that a delivery was supposed to be made by 4pm now...yet it was now 5pm. BTW, it is now 6pm and nothing had srtill been delivered.
  
  The phone attendant I spoke with a 5pm (Ray.fam - whatever) was impatient, rude and carefree with my concerns. I was even told a refund would not be given if an attempt was made. What the heck was this person talking about... NO 1pm delivery was made. NO 4pm delivery was made. REALLY????
  
  This is a terribly unprofessional service and anyone looking to use them should visit YELP.COM first and read all the reviews
