“(801)386-8128 is the wrong phone number. I tried calling it this morning and it is being forwarded to some guys personal cell phone that has nothing to do with Celestial Florals. The correct phone number is (801)322-2671.” -

“This place doesn't have their act together...I ordered flowers and was assured they would arrive in 24 hrs. After a day I checked with the business...got a call back minutes later from someone asking if i had delivered the flowers yet...obviously they got their contacts mixed up. Then they asked why I didn't give them my wife's phone number...WTFO, they had my cell phone number (the gift was a surprise...duh). Then they related the driver couldn't find my house and tried to call me...but I received no calls. Next I get a call that they will refund my money. I asked if I could pick up the flowers myself and the owner hung up. I checked on the address and it comes back to a residential home in Layton...? The actual business is run out of kaysville. Gotta tell you, this is not a professioanlly run business. \n \nNo stars...” -
